This way you will be following the Daylight Savings Time, which was started by Benjamin Franklin in 18th century. This practice has gained fame after Franklin found out that the best way to increase the number of productive daylight hours, during the seasons when the sunlight shines early, is to bring the clock back by an hour. This way you gain an extra hour of sunlight.
Daylight Savings Time 2009 Fall Back was changed 2 years ago. It was switched from the last Sunday of October to the first Sunday of November. For 2009, that falls on November 1, 2009.
