London, May 6 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A court in the United Kingdom has been told that Chris John had no known will before he died. Shortly after the sudden death of the British tycoon, his estranged wife and mistress both presented what they said was his ‘will’ which was later detected to be fake.

John separated from his wife Helen for more than seven years before he died. He failed to properly divorce Helen before he died so she was entitled to his properties. When the mistress Gillian Clemo realized that, she produced a ‘will’ claiming it belonged to John.

Just before the court could act on it, Helen shocked the court when she also presented another ‘will’ purportedly to be from John. The police became suspicious and investigated her claims. She admitted and she was cautioned and released from jail.

On her release, Helen also hinted the police that she believes Clemo also faked her ‘will’ as well. The police commenced investigation into the issue and realized later that it was indeed faked.

John has a daughter who was not named in the report. The daughter is 15 years and will be entitled to the properties of his father when she reaches adulthood.
