Chimp attack victim Charla Nash comes on Oprah show

Chicago, Nov 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Connecticut inhabitant Charla Nash who was attacked by a chimpanzee and is now severely disfigured has finally opened up and revealed her injuries on national television, in Oprah Winfrey’s show.
Charla Nash allowed Oprah Winfrey to take off her hat and veil and reveal her severely disfigured face to the world. She was a guest on Wednesday’s show. The attack happened in mid-February and has severely affected Charla Nash as now she is without her hands, nose, lips and sight. “I don’t ask a whole lot about my injuries… I know that I have my forehead,” she said. She now drinks her meals “with a straw through a small hole where her mouth used to be.”
Nash’s family has filed a whooping $50 million lawsuit against Sandra Herold, her friend and former employer, who asked Charla Nash to help lure the huge 200-pound pet chimpanzee called as Travis, back into her Stamford, Conn. home on Feb. 16. Then the chimpanzee apparently attacked Charla Nash and in a brutal 12-minute attack, completely mauled her and even started eating her.
Herold in panic, placed a horrifying 911 call in which she asked the cops to come to her house on the double as her chimpanzee was eating Nash. Nash revealed on the show that she had repeatedly asked Herold to get rid of her exotic pet as he could be dangerous some day. However now she is positive and not looking back at all.

I pray that the Lord saved her life so there is a purpose for her being here and I pray that she would know Jesus as Lord and let him use hewr to help others

The Lord was there that is why she did not die or remeber the horrifc time, JESUS is LORD and is faithful he nver sleeps especially to those whose hearts are harden towards him and see him as just a man when he is so much more. Jesus will heal her give her new face and restore her life because regardless of this fallen world you live and breathe because of him!

Hey Bob,Jesus is God.And yes,he was napping at the time,however,this was no accident.I am pretty sure the chump knew that it was doing some damage.

I believe in god the father, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only son. Please read the book “The Shack” to grasp an understanding of why this child of god has experienced this tragic act and now must continue to live her life with hope and passion and faith that it will be a life filled with love, understanding and friendship from her fellow man. God bless her and I will pray for her to have a better life and to get through this horrible experience with as little pain and suffering as possible.

I dont believe in god and i hope the best doctors we have, like the ones that keep her alive, save her again with a face transplant. And i hope the rest of the comments respect my point of view has i respect theirs.
