Maryland, Texas, Feb 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) An amber alert has been enforced in Maryland, Texas, as an 11-year-old Hispanic child called Karina Elizabeth Garcia, who was last seen with a Hispanic male called Elmer Velaya, was found missing. They were seen together at Prince Georges County MD. They were apparently seen while they were traveling in an Orange 18 wheel tractor with flatbed trailer. The tractor had Virginia tags.

According to reports, police informed the public not to take any action if someone comes across them. They should not try to communicate with the child and her abductor. Instead they are instructed to dial 911 or 77. It is even reported that the Maryland State Police have issued a Maryland Child Amber Alert at the request of Prince George’s County PD. The cause of the abduction is not yet known. The Hispanic pair could not be traced ever since they were last seen speeding away in the tractor. The description of the clothes of both Karina Elizabeth Garcia and Elmer Velaya (a 30-37 year old man) is not known.

The family of the 11-year-old is in deep anguish. They are not sure about the safety of Karina Elizabeth Garcia. It is not known where she is right now. Police are trying to find out the child and are not aware of the reason of the abduction. It is not even known who the abductor is.
