king1San Diego, Mar 6, (THAINDIAN NEWS) After the murder of the Poway High School student Chelsea King, whose suspected murderer is now facing trial at the court, joggers of the North County have become cautious while going for their every day exercise routine.

According to reports, police has asked people who prefer to follow their exercise routine outdoor in the park to remain careful. The North County is famous for its scenic beauty but has some detached tracks which though are an ideal den for lone joggers, can sometimes become a real danger. Predators prefer these tracks to capture their victim. Chelsea King too disappeared while she was jogging at the Rancho Bernardo Community Park’s tracks near Lake Hodges a week ago.

Many schools are restricting their students from running on lonely trails alone. Sonia Rodriguez who is the coach of Vista High girls cross-country told a source that she does not allow students to run alone or in the rural area. According to experts it is better to take a friend to jog along or else go to a gym for the exercise.

However, as people take precautions, Chelsea King’s parents are questioning the law which set a criminal like John Albert Gardner III free to roam on the street. John Albert Gardner III who was convicted of a sex offense in the year 2000 had served 6 years in jail. However according to psychologists, John Albert Gardner III should have been kept in jail for 10 years as such persons always remain a threat to kids. Chelsea King’s parents want justice and are pushing for the suspected murderer’s death penalty.
