Rhinebeck, New York, Aug 2, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Former United States President Bill Clinton and the current Secretary of State Hillary Clinton watched in pride as their only daughter Chelsea Clinton exchanged vows with her longtime boyfriend Marc Mezvinsky. As expected, it was nothing short of a fairytale wedding for the 30-year-old former first daughter on Saturday at the Astor Courts as she married the love of her life in the presence of her parents as well around 500 guests who graced the occasion to offer their best wishes to the couple.

Chelsea Clinton looked gorgeous as she walked down the aisle with her 31-year-old investment banker beau in a stunning white Vera Wang gown that made her look ravishing. The guests who attended the gala wedding ceremony later described it a ‘royal wedding’ in every sense of the term as the former first daughter and Marc Mezvinsky pledged love for each other at the sun-soaked banks of the Hudson River in Rhinebeck. The high-profile wedding which was billed as the ‘wedding of the century’ boasted of a dazzling guest list that could easily be mistaken to that of an exclusive red carpet premiere. Some of the prominent attendees of the event included Stephen Spielberg, Mary Steenburgen, Barbra Streisand, Julianne Moore, Whoopi Goldberg, Tom Hanks, to name a few.

According to sources, one of the major high points of the entire ceremony was when former President Bill Clinton was overwhelmed with emotions as he could not stop tears forming in his eyes while he gave his only daughter away before walking her down the aisle.
