Mar 16 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The chitchat in the henhouse was the dazzling rock that Chelsea Clinton is apparently wearing on her wedding finger now. That’s right everyone, Chelsea was showing off her engagement ring backstage at the “Women in the World: Stories and Solutions” conference this weekend, according to the New York Post. The sparkling diamond stole the show, some are saying, as the engagement ring which Marc Mezvinsky got for Chelsea Clinton was shown around.

It seemed that the bride to be was taken over in the green room by those wishing for a little peek at the ring, including the host, Tina Brown, as well as Diane von Furstenberg,and Barry Diller. They all seemed to think the ring was gorgeous, according to reports.

Although The Huffington Post stated that they have yet to see the ring, they promised to let readers know as soon as they do. As the world well knows, Chelsea has always been a private person, and even when she announced her engagement back in November, it was questioned whether or not she even had a ring. Hillary Clinton’s aides declined to comment one way or the other at that time.

The mother in law to be, Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky was also at the event and was asked time and time again ,”Where is the wedding?” to which she politely replied, “I can’t say.” It is, however, speculated that the couple may marry over this summer in Martha’s Vineyard.
