Casey AnthonyOrlando, May 12, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Casey Anthony murder case witnessed the presiding judge saying no to all arguments that were placed in front of the court so as to take off the decision of death penalty that was ruled out earlier. Reportedly, Casey Anthony has been accused of killing her own daughter Caylee.

Casey Anthony’s lawyers are of the opinion that the prosecutors are biased by gender so as to support the decision of death penalty which according to them doesn’t gain ground with the fact that a mother can be punished in the very same manner that is reserved for serious offenders and criminals. They also said that in a healthy society such decisions only bring bad name to the entire state which has been doting high on values and moral ethics.

In spite of all these arguments chief judge Belvin Perry ruled that the defense arguments don’t justify the gender bias which they have been referring to. He also said that any such argument put forward by the defense lawyers doesn’t gain grounds with the decision of the case. As a matter of fact, Judge Belvin Perry had already declared on Monday that the jury members for the Casey Anthony case shall be chosen from outside Orlando. Up till now the accused Casey Anthony has not pleaded guilty for the charges that are being hurled at her. The prosecutors told the media that they have quite a few evidences which they feel are strong enough to turn the situation in favor of Casey Anthony. Judge Belvin Perry has also issued a final order to the defense attorneys so as to hand over the list of “aggravators” owing to which the decision of death penalty shall be reviewed once again by the court.
