Buffalo Billboard message to Obama May 14 (THAINDIAN NEWS) When The President of the United States, Barack Obama visited the City of Buffalo, New York, which is in a sad state economically, like most of the country, he was greeted with a billboard that gave him a very clear message. According to reports by the New York Daily News, the bill board read, “Dear Mr. President, I need a freakin job. Period.”

As a part of his “Main Street Economic Tour” President Obama was due to stop off in Buffalo, New York, which had fallen on very hard time even before the economic recession crushed the rest of America. For his visit, the bill board was put up in hopes he would get some understanding of just how bad things really are. It was part of a media campaign which is known as the INAFJ Project. This project was launched by a local business man who lost his won small business 15 months prior. Jeff Baker shared with CBS News “We employed 25 people and it was the most heartbreaking situation I’ve been through in my life.” The INAFJ website says: “See here’s the thing, Nothing matters if people and families aren’t working. We need to make some noise.”
