March 17th, 2010 - 3:03 am ICT by BNO News ( 1 comment )MIAMI, FLORIDA (BNO NEWS) – A resident of Broward County, Florida, was indicted on tax and false securities charges on Tuesday, prosecutors announced.
Michael D. Beiter Jr. was charged with corruptly impeding the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), sending fictitious financial instruments to creditors, and helping one of his clients evade more than $900,000 in federal income tax.
Beiter allegedly planned and executed a debt elimination and abusive tax scheme. The defendant took as premise to his scheme that individuals are “sovereigns” who can “declare their independence” from ordinary obligations like paying creditors and federal income taxes.
The defendant got 100 clients for his sale of abusive tax packages. Beiter also mailed false tax returns, opened bank accounts with false information and taxpayer numbers. The indictment also claims that Beiter tried to intimidate IRS employees and federal judiciary members.
If found guilty of all counts, Beiter faces a maximum penalty of 168 years in prison.

Something you neglected to mention in your article here is that this particular grand jury is in all likelihood damaged in this cause. Given that it is the 6th grand jury presented with this same cause is beyond insanity. This is a prime example of what is wrong with this country. This is why Florida is known as THE MOST CORRUPTED STATE IN THE US. I know Mike Beiter he understands the law and this is not evasion it is a part of the U.C.C. Code
for any and all to apply as they see fit. The evasive party is the IRS, what they’re doing IS CRIMINAL.
