Alaska, Jan 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The ‘Going Rogue’ author Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol Palin has filed papers in an Alaska court, and is asking that Levi Johnston pay up money for child maintenance. Bristol Palin’s lawyer is asking $1,750 per month in child support. Their son Tripp was born on 27th December 2008 and she is demanding the dues from then on. They had an almost year old long affair and Bristol’s pregnancy was no secret, even though it was a major issue in her mother’s campaign. Bristol and Levi Johnston had planned to marry, but unfortunately they broke up.

Levi Johnson did a photo spread for Playgirl and also did a lot of media interviews, in which he bashed up Sarah Palin no end. Bristol Palin believes that Levi has made more than $105,000 last year, through modeling for Playgirl and other media interviews.

Bristol says in her statement that, “I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi.” She also said that Levi has made only 2 payments till now, $4400. This sum was made in two installments, $3,000 on 9th September 2009 and another payment on $1,400 on 19th December 2009. Whereas Levi Johnston’s manager Tank Jones claims that Levi has paid Bristol Palin more than $10,000 since their son Tripp was born. And he also mentioned that Levi Johnston doesn’t make money from every media interview, but at the same time he declined to comment how much Levi Johnston actually made in 2009.
