Bristol Palin Claims Sole Custody Of Son

Jan. 02, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The domestic affairs of the celebrities have always attracted the curiosity of people and the legal case filed by Bristol Palin against her former boyfriend, Levi Johnston is no exception. Bristol Palin, who is the daughter of popular Republican politician, Sarah Palin has come to the news, since the time of her pregnancy. The lady who once shared a nice relation with her boyfriend, now has filed a case against him and claimed the full custody of their toddler, Tripp Palin.
Bristol Palin expressed the desire to keep the news of their lawsuit secret and requested for close proceedings. However, her boyfriend has objected to the requests as he feared that Sarah Palin would interfere in the case and make it worse for him. After hearing the plea of both sides, the judge decided to make the case public and so people would be able to get the updated reports. As per the last reports, Bristol Palin does not consider her boyfriend to be fit to claim the joint custody of their son. She had cited several facts to support her plea but it is speculated none of them are strong enough to bar Levi Johnston from his rights.
It has been reported that signing modeling contract with the ‘Playgirl’ magazine is one of the reasons for which she does not want Levi Johnston to receive the joint custody of his son. Though Bristol Palin has tried to substantiate her claims with several justifications, Levi Johnston does not want to lose the custody of his son and would fight the case strongly. Bristol Palin would have to raise some strong facts to get the sole custody as Alaska law generally prefers joint custody of child.

Apparently, at some point, Bristol didn’t think so. She bedded down with the boy. It seems the judge in this case is not willing to take Bud’s word for it.

Sarah Palin is corrupt, has a very low IQ, no common sense,and her name should not even be wasted in the headlines. Her daughter is only doing this to retaliate on Levi for airing out the Palin’s dirty laundry. Sadly, since Sarah Palin is NOW every Republicans, “Great White Hope”, RepubliKKKans especially those at the Fox News Network feel the need to rally behind her and uphold her name to the fullest.

Bud, you are sooooo right. Hopefully the courts will keep “the boy” (thanks BD), and his wacko mom, sherrie, away from Bristols baby. The boy was only a sperm donor…..possibly a future line of work him after his playgirl gig.

It’s not true that Sarah has a low IQ, But I don’t think she should interfere,Bristol needs to realize that the baby needs a father, and should just give in, and let Levi have joint custody.

Levi has done nothing worse than many other parents, so he has the right to be an active dad.

this is for, eugege55 john,bud,and jill I was just woundering what level of education you have and what type of training you went through to make such coments as you did. Not caring who or what Sarah Palin is or is not.,
however she is Educated and I would be willing to bet her IQ is probley higher than yours and as far as common sence, remember she was Govenor so i’m going to go out on a limb he and say you got to have some commen sence to hold a position like that. fire away…

If the judge does his job, he will give Levi sole custody. Image being imfluenced by Sarah for the rest of the childs life. Look what a crappy job she did on her own. Where are the family values people are so worried about?…… Sarah will certainly interfere with this case.

I think they should share custody.He is the childs Father and even though he’s young so is she and both have made foolish mistakes.I also wonder why the baby does not have his Fathers’ last name.If I were Levi I would change that ASAP.I would think that as a Mother Sarah Palin would want her Grandchild to have the love of both parents.Maybe Bristol and Levi should take some classes to help them be good parents.I wish them good luck!

Has anyone thought about the fact that this Johnson jerk was at Bristol’s side until her mother lost the VP.As soon as the election was over so was the wedding of Bristol and Johnson.Sounds to me like he was looking for a easy ride and thought his future mother-in-law was going to be it.Now he just wants to keep his name in the spot light hoping it well lead to something big and some big money.
