Brewer creates Vindaloo beer, offal ale & bacon beer

Think about bacon for instant and there is a beer with its flavor out there. Currently, Sharp’s Brewery is working to come up with 52 unique beers that have different distinctive flavors.
The head of the brewery, Stuart Howe said that the inspiration to develop diverse beers stems from the fact that they want to explore new ways of making beer as well as entertain their customers. He explained that unusual brands simulates and excites the brain and that was why they keep using unusual ingredients.
He said that, “The most important part of tasting is the undertaken by your brain. Unusual ingredients ensure that the brain is excited, which means it’s more receptive to what’s going on in your olfactory equipment.”
There are several ingredients used for these beers and the strange ones are liver, kidneys and heart. Yes they are all used in making beers in the world.
Brewing is seen as an art by many people.
