Bluefield, WV resident sentenced for cocaine charge
March 17th, 2010 - 3:17 am ICT by BNO News ( Leave a comment )BECKLEY, WEST VIRGINIA (BNO NEWS) – A resident of Bluefield, West Virginia was sentenced to five years in prison (60 months) for a drug offense charge, prosecutors announced on Tuesday.
Timothy Shane Hager, 35, pleaded guilty in October 2009 to possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
On November 30, 2008, a West Virginia State Police trooper conducted a traffic stop to Hager. Inside his vehicle, the trooper found approximately one ounce of cocaine.
The investigation was conducted by the West Virginia State Police Princeton Detachment and the agency’s Bureau of Criminal Investigations.
