‘Birther’ Of The American Army, Who Doubted Obama’s Validity As U.S. President, Pleads Guilty To 1 of 2 Charges Against Him

December 15, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): A doctor of the American Army, Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, of Colorado, had allegedly refused to abide by the command to deploy to Afghanistan since he doubted that the U.S. President, Barack Obama, was eligible for the Presidency of America. Lakin has finally pleaded his guiltiness on Tuesday to one of the two indictments against him. Lakin, who possesses experience of 17 years in this field, acknowledged his culpability in a military courthouse for a charge that consisted of disrespecting the directives to meet a superior and the failure to report to Fort Campbell in Kentucky. Lakin encounters 18 months in the dungeon and suspension from the Army when he is sentenced on this indictment.

Lakin pleaded that he was guiltless vis-à-vis the second accusation that he purposely skipped a flight meant to transport him to Fort Campbell. The court-martial proceeding prolonged on this count with Lakin’s attorney uttering that Lakin was not expressly commanded to be on that flight.

A military board of judges will decide the quantum of punishment for Lakin. However, Lakin has been barred from mentioning the topic that he desired to as a component of his original defense. Lakin had yearned to bring up the issue of whether Obama was qualified for occupying the American Presidency and his legitimacy, therefore, as the commander-in-chief of the American forces. However, a military adjudicator had pronounced in September that Obama’s eligibility for the American Presidentship was extraneous in Lakin’s case.

In some videos positioned on You Tube, Lakin had sided with the American ‘birthers’, who do not believe that Obama is a natural-born citizen of America, which is necessary for anyone aspiring for the American Presidentship. In the videos, Lakin has asserted controversially that any sane individual, who analyses the obtainable evidence, would have misgivings about Obama’s American citizenship and his entitlement to the American Presidency. Therefore, Lakin was compelled to disrespect the orders and he also voiced that he would willingly deploy if Obama’s original birth document was discharged and proved to be genuine.

Bureaucrats in the picturesque American state of Hawaii have mentioned that they have witnessed and corroborated Obama’s original 1961 birth document, which is on record with Hawaii. However, the birthers have been dissatisfied with that Hawaiian pledge or the ‘certification of live birth’ that Obama has discharged. The certification is a digital text that is a record of an individual’s birth in the state, but the certificate does not catalog the identity of the sickbay where Obama’s Mom procreated or the medical doctor, who delivered Obama safely.

Lakin had been commanded to deploy for what would have been a second journey of duty in Afghanistan, where American forces have been battling the Taliban terrorists since the American invasion of Afghanistan in 2001 to dethrone the Taliban. His parents and two brothers were in the courthouse on Tuesday, who, along with his backers, vociferously jeered when one possible juror stated that he was convinced of Obama’s eligibility for the Presidentship.
