Bethany Storro is ’still happy’ despite being the victim of an acid attack

Sep 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Bethany Storro is really an extraordinary woman. She was the hapless victim of an acid attack, yet she says that she is still happy.
On Monday, a stranger poured a cup of acid over her face, and marred it for life. Luckily she had bought a pair of shades just prior to the acid attack and was also wearing them, so her eyes were saved. If she was not wearing the shades, then her eyes would also have had been burnt in the brutal acid attack.
According to Bethany’s mother – Nancy, the duo was approached by a complete stranger outside a coffee shop, who then threw the acid on her face. Nancy recounted that, “A woman approached her and said, ‘Hey pretty girl,’ and she turned around and she asked if she wanted something to drink and my daughter said, ‘No.’”
Bethany said about the ordeal that, “Once it hit me, I could hear bubbling and sizzling in my skin.” Immediately after the attack, Bethany was taken to the Legacy Emanuel Hospital for emergency surgery.
Currently her face is totally covered in bandages and only her eyes are visible. Bethany said that she is happy and is also planning to forgive her attacker.

What, Jesus that made her wear sunglasses? Pity he didn’t feel up to preventing the attack entirely. Must have been having an off day.
Jesus aside, this woman is absolutely remarkable, and she is doing what most of would only hope to be able to do: forgive her attacker, and so render the attack fruitless for its perpetrator.

Why is it that crazy people always want to step up and spread the word about Jesus? It’s hard enough being a TRUE, BIBLICAL Christian without the acid tossers, Koran burners, Sarah Palins, and the kill-a-person-to-protest-abortion types trying to be representatives. They need to leave Jesus out of their satanic, agent-provocateur Babylonian agenda.
