Becky Griggs New York, Dec 4 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Becky Griggs can be an inspiration to millions of people on this planet, because she has successfully lost over 200 pounds through proper nutrition and exercise. And today, instead of being an over-weight and sluggish person she is a personal trainer, with a personal story that can move mountains and inspire her clients no end, day after day.

Becky Griggs used to weigh 352 pounds once upon a time in her over-weight days. But when she hit her 40s then she had a realization that she ought to take charge of her weight and she said enough was enough. Her confidence in her abilities was not misplaced and today she’s a fitness trainer since the last five years. Her story was profiled on CNN today and it simply shows how anyone can turn their life around when they realize it and want to accomplish the impossible.

Becky admitted that she was always overweight most of her life. She didn’t realize that being over-weight was a breeding ground for many lifestyle diseases. When her blood pressure began to trouble her, then she resolved that she would get in shape and take charge of her life.

Today she weighs 150 pounds, from the humongous 352 pounds earlier. She is a fitness trainer and even competes in bodybuilding.
