Barbie and Ken may reunite

The dolls were a couple for 43 years but they split in 2004. It was Barbie though who pulled the plug on the relationship. She ditched Ken in February of 2004 and announced immediately afterwards that she was going out with Blaine, an Australian surfer.
Mattel Inc. wants to bring Ken and Barbie back together but before that can happen the company wants people to vote on whether the couple should be brought together. The company is inviting people to come on Facebook and Twitter to declare whether they want the two dolls to be back together.
Ken took to twitter and tweeted that he believes he and Barbie “are perfect for each other. If you do too, vote YES for her to take me back”.
Barbie also tweeted back and told Ken that she is currently confused about everything going on.
The website, barbieandken.com, is currently showing the love-o-meter on whether the two should be together. It doesn’t seem too encouraging for Ken so if you are his fan, don’t hesitate to help him out by voting.
