Bad Alibi: Robbery Suspect Found in Idaho’s “Alibi Bar”
November 13th, 2010 - 12:20 am ICT by Angela Kaye MasonNov 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) After a Cedars Inn was robbed Wednesday night in Lewiston, Idaho, the police say it did not take very long to find the alleged suspect, Donald Mosley Junior. Mosley was arrested next door to the Inn, at, of all places, the ‘Alibi Bar, according to the Associates Press.
Forty year old Mosley was found and arrested in under fifteen minutes from the time that he burst into the Cedars Inn and demanded that the clerk at the desk give him money. When police went to search the ‘Alibi Bar’, there he sat. He was booked at the Nez Perce County Jail on Thursday. He may face felony charges of robbery.
It is the second time in recent weeks which Mosley has been arrested, according to the Lewiston Tribune. He had called in a false report of a fire back in October, after the Lewiston Fire Department refused to give him a cup of coffee. He went to a close-by payphone, and called in the non-existant fire.
