Orlando, Florida, Apr 1, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The horrific death of a trainer at SeaWorld, Dawn Brancheau, has finally been looked into. The reports of the autopsy that was performed on her has finally been released, on Wednesday. The autopsy reports give an insight into the terrible manner of the death, and the trauma and pain faced by the trainer in the last moments of her life as she got killed by the very animal she had trained. The postmortem reports give a very gruesome account making it clear how Dawn Branchaeu fell to her death. Although the reports have been released, the postmortem pictures have not been released for public access, owing to the graphic nature of the content.

The autopsy reports reveal that Dawn Branchaeu had suffered some very grave injuries after she was taken underwater by the killer whale, called Tilikum. The reports reveal that on a whole, the trainer had succumbed to blunt force trauma. In addition, she had also been drowned to death, not to mention the fact that she had suffered some very horrible injuries to her neck, head and torso. The extent of injuries makes it very clear that she was helpless against the brute force of the seven-tonne Tilikum.

The list of injuries that Dawn Branchaeu suffered is extensive and horrific. The reports show that a part of her scalp had been torn clear off her head by the whale, ad one of her arms was also almost completely ripped off. Her rib cage was also broken by the impact, and there were fractures in her jawbone and a cervical vertebra. There was no evidence of any drug in her system.
