Worlds Biggest Burger Sydney, Jun 14 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A Cafe in Australia has created a record by cooking the world’s biggest hamburger. The burger weighs a whooping 90 kgs. It took 12 hours to cook the burger and four people were involved in flipping it over. The burger has since beaten the previous record of another hamburger, which used to weigh 84kg, and it was made in the United States of America.

The chef who cooked the giant burger were Joe El-Ajouz and his wife Imam El-Ajouz. They said that in an interview that flipping the patty was the main challenge for them, as they didn’t want the patty to break, while they were preparing the burger. According to Reuters, Iman said that, “Just flipping the patty was the main challenge for us, but it all went well. My husband had to prepare special metal holders and a metal plate, he had one at the bottom one at the top, locked them together and they flipped the burger with that”.

The burger was made with a whooping 120 eggs and comprised of a giant beef patty. It also had 150 slices of cheese, 2.5 kg of tomatoes and tomato paste and 1.5 kg of beetroot. The burger was given to the employees of the Cafe to savor and they did just that.

However the Cafe has to meet some conditions, before it can be recorded in the Guinness world record. The Cafe owners promise that the burger would be on the their menu from next year, and can be purchased for an estimated $1,220.
