Apr 07 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Speculations and rumors on the engagement of Prince William to his long time sweet heart, Kate Middleton have been circulating for several years. Must to everyone’s dismay, so far that is all it has been is rumors and speculations. But now an old friend of Princess Di has come forward with new gossip that may bring more truth to the hopes of the ones who follow this story.

Sources are denying the reports, but according to journalist Tina Brown in her “Daily Beast” articles, there is a pair of days in the schedule of the palace which are mysteriously hidden. The former friend of Princess Diana stated:
“A high-placed source in royal circles tells me that two days in June have been mysteriously blocked out on the palace diaries—June 3 and 4. They suggest this is a likely date for the engagement announcement at last of the 27-year-old Prince William and his patient squeeze, 28-year-old Kate Middleton. A June engagement and winter wedding make sense all around for the royal priorities. It would come after the turmoil of the (British) election is over. It would come neatly after William’s Royal Air Force career transitions in January 2011, when he leaves the RAF helicopter school at Shawbury and becomes an operational pilot ready for a three-year search-and-rescue tour of duty…”

The fact that Prince William, who will turn 28 in June, will be training in Wales for a career as a search and rescue helicoptor pilot on those two dates could make the rumor an impossibility. He has always kept his relationship with Kate a very secret matter. Kate’s parents have recently added a “Wedding Decorations” sector of their party supply business, adding even more fuel to the gossip fires.
