Are Prince William & Kate Middleton going to have a wedding soon?
April 10th, 2010 - 8:23 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLondon, Apr 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Rumors are abuzz that Prince William and his girlfriend Kate Middleton are about to have a wedding in the near future. According to some Royal Palace sources, the Prince is going to propose to his ladylove soon. On the other hand, there are other reports that the 3rd and the 4th of June 2010 have been blocked out in the Palace’s calendar, without any credible reason. There are speculations that the engagement between the 27 years old Prince and the 28 years old Kate Middleton, could be held on one of those dates.
And there are also reports that if the engagement does happen in June, then the wedding is going to take place in November 2010. “If so, a wedding itself would probably follow in November, like the wedding of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, who married at Westminster Abbey that cold, damp November day in 1947,” according to Brown, who was a close friend of Princess Diana.
“The Queen and Prince Philip, moreover, are approaching two landmark moments: Philip will be 90 in June 2011, and the queen celebrates her diamond jubilee - 60 years on the throne - in February 2012. Their closeness to their grandson, especially Philip, makes them eager, I am told, to see William settled in matrimony,” Brown added.
