The moderate quake 5.2 magnitude on richter scale occured on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 05:43:52 UTC ( Coordinated Universal Time ) and on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 12:43:52 PM at epicenter local time as reported by the U.S. Geological Survey.
