Amanda Knox Perugia, Dec 5 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The verdict is out and American Amanda Knox has been found guilty in the brutal killing of Meredith Kercher. Her Italian boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito has been found guilty too. The family members of the victim Meredith Kercher are satisfied with the verdict, even though happiness is far from their faces as no matter what punishment Amanda gets, their loved one, Meredith is no more in this world.

“Ultimately we are pleased with the decision,” said Lyle Kercher, Meredith’s brother. “But it was not a moment of celebration. We are here because our sister was brutally murdered.”

Amanda Knox was found guilty and given a 26-year sentence whereas her boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito was sentenced to 25 years Friday for the murder of Meredith Kercher. However the verdict and the sentencing could be turned the other way round as both will appeal, attorneys said.

Arline Kercher, Meredith’s mother, said she believed the two were guilty. “You have to go with the evidence,” she said.

The Kerchers were awarded 4.4 million euro (£3.988m) compensation but Lyle said the figure was “symbolic” and no amount could make up for their tragic loss. He said the sum was to reflect the “severity and gravity of the case”. The family said that the student’s death had left a deep void in their lives, which could never be filled but that they wanted to focus on positive memories of her, so as to move on.

This is such BS. Everyone one knows that blacks commit murder ten times more often than whites. It is because of their aggressive animal nature.

And this is what you get for keeping an animal. He raped, he murdered and he shit all over the house.

Vampares - what planet do you live on. It is a fact that most serial killers are white 30 something men. What your comment has to do with I do not know.
Amanda Knox is guilty. Where is the upset that someone close to her was murdered? Why didn’t she mention her in her speech? Cold, calculcated and guilty. End of.

um, the person who was convicted of the murder as well. Hello? McFly? Does criminal record mean anything to you? How about “carries a knife”.

This is not a serial killing. This is a murder that after a sex act. Semen and feces are excellent pieces of evidence.

A knife, found in a drawer — let us presume that it was washed. That makes that item — by the nature of what we call “washing” — the worst piece of evidence for DNA sampling.

I don’t even know Kercher but there is one photo of her that isn’t mind boggling annoying, to the point irritating. She possessed a character personality that was as averting as she was ugly.

There is a sex act performed by the other one convicted of murder. That is a fact. We have no evidence of prior relations. It appears to be an *aggressive* sex act.

    Testosterone is a powerful force.

I would never rape or kill anyone. BUT if I had to star in a graphic film as a rapist murderer — it would require my testosterone to be elevated.

Stabbing is an act of control. It is not the act of a of sexuality. A female the proposed conspiracy would not have delivered such a disaffectionate low. Nor do roommates kill as a means of disposal. They taunt, the sabotage and intimidate. This blow is almost defensive in nature.

And the idea that this may have been a thrill seeking kill has not been demonstrated. People who do intentionally violate the commonsenses — or cross the line — they do so incrementally.

Furthermore it is unlikely she would have had the physical capability to inflict a death blow (especially without a knife intended for tactical use). Any single blow would have either been retracted or have elicited what is usually a tirade of blows — if you like the first one, it is so often that another is the indulgence.

And we have a scream. There is nothing more than A scream. BUT where are the others? Why now stab at the neck?

Now the two know nothing other the other.

    Whodoneit? Which is the assassin?

…and where? Germany. If it was nothing, say. If there was a conspiracy, why run?

Is there something in a video? Kissing. When is it shot? Why? Is this the next day? Am *I* guilty now of a crime? Or is there no faith in the truth or none in Germany? What should you expect, now?

As for my statistic, why is it so hard to believe?

You want to play suggestive reasoning? I want for a rational.

Is it difficult for you to wrap you mind around murder?

If I said that there are certain people flaws of a culture, is that more believable? Or do you think there is only the superficial genetic discrepancy I refer to?

We must draw a line (in the sand) for a moment. Say I am aggressive, controlling, dominant. A personality. Maybe you would say that this is a testosterone issue. Measure and we see maybe this is a fact. Say I am murderous. A personality? Not really. To whom is the profiler is making a object of predicate?

What is not enough about the sex act that would satisfy? It is ambiguous but gratuitous, unforgettable but unbelievable.

    I say it is indefensible.

The lesson you learn is same.
