Alfa Romeo Pandion Steals The Focus At Geneva Auto Show

Ruling the roost at the auto show was a stunning Alfa Romeo concept car named the Pandion. It has been designed and conceived by noted design house Bertone. The car derives its name from a legendary bird and it oozes style from every single inch of its body. The car has a sleek transparent roof. This car is the result of the imagination and creativity of Mike Robinson. This model boasts of a powerful engine that generates 450 HP.

The car has been unveiled at an appropriate time as this year Alfa Romeo steps into its 100th Birthday. The doors of the Pandion fold up just like the wings of a predator bird, giving it a menacing look. However, Mike Robinson has said that the doors have been designed not only for adding to its style quotient but also for safety. In case the car meets with an accident, the passengers will be able to get out of it easily. As one can expect, the car proved to be a real show stealer at the Geneva auto show.

The car reminds one of the racing cars of Italian origin. While the face of the car reminds one of an Eagle its back end is composed of several sharp blades that gives it a really distinctive look. Overall, this car looks like it has come straight out of a sci-fi movie and it is definitely meant for those with deep pockets and unique tastes.
