4th of July parade goers trampled in the town of Bellevue, 1 woman killed

Bellevue, July 5 (THAINDIAN NEWS) There was mayhem in the 4th of July parade in the town of Bellevue. The cause of the mayhem was that two horses that were pulling a wagon, got excited and created the uproar. And in this mayhem, a woman of 60 years was thrown from the horse wagon, and she then succumbed to her injuries.

Apart from that, over 24 people were injured in the mayhem and they were administered medical aid too. The attending doctors said that out of the injured, 4 people were in a very critical condition.

The parade was attended by over 4000 people on Sunday, and now all the inhabitants of the town are said to be shock over the unprecedented event. Even small children who were enjoying their candy in the parade were trampled over.

The Bellevue Mayor – Virgil Murray said that, “It was kind of like disbelief, surreal. We can’t believe it happened. We’re trying to keep tabs on everything. And we really are concerned about the victims and their families.”

The Mayor also added that the town is going to provide counseling services to all those people, who are still in shock over the mayhem at the parade.
