drinkTennessee, July 7, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Kelly Moss, a 48 year old woman was arrested on charges of consuming vanilla, after the police found her lying unconscious inside her car outside the Arlington Middle School in Tennessee. According to reports submitted by the police authorities who traced the woman in this condition, Kelly Moss’ speech sounded unclear, she could also not walk without the support of another person.

Vanilla has been banned from the market, but Kelly Moss could not help consuming it claim the police. A large number of empty bottles which were previously filled with vanilla extract was kept on the front seat of the car, it was Kelly Moss herself who was at the driver’s seat. It was the bottles which made it clear to the police that Kelly Moss had consumed a drink which contained a 35 percent of vanilla and diet coke.

The affidavit that was submitted after the arrest was made says that Kelly Moss had vanilla on her breath, and probably spelt doom for the 48 year old Germantown lady was the fact that receipts of a grocery store were derived from her car which showed that she had made a purchase of two 8-ounce bottles of vanilla extract before the accident took place.

Kelly Moss finds herself being charged under DUI for consuming intoxicants and also for not allowing the police to conduct a blood alcohol test on her at the time of the arrest. Her case is yet to be heard in Court and she is supposedly being held at a bond of $4000.
