3 Navy Seals to face court martial

Washington DC, Nov 25 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Three Navy Seals Petty Officers Matthew McCabe, Jonathan Keefe and Julio Huertas are all set to look forward to a court martial early next year. The various charges have been filed by Ahmed Hashim Abedm, who is supposed to be the mastermind behind the violent murders of four Blackwater contractors who worked the security division in Fallujah 5 years ago, in 2004.


Ahmed Hashim Abedm has accused the three Navy Seals of beating him up and giving him a bloody lip. The accusation was made by him, while being in custody of the Iraqi authorities. However, currently he is in American custody.

The accusation by the Ahmed Hashim Abedm was taken seriously and a military investigation was carried out of Petty Officers Matthew McCabe, Jonathan Keefe and Julio Huertas.

According to reports, the three Seals have refused non-judicial punishment and asked for an admiral’s mast, the three have requested a trial by court martial and will be arraigned on December seventh in separate hearings.
