London, Jan 14 (ANI): A company that turns voicemails into text has come up with a list of the Worlds Most Annoying Voicemails.

Voice-to-text services provider, SpinVox, estimated that every Australian worker spends nearly five hours listening to annoying voicemails.

“At best they are irritating, and at worst counterproductive, using up the valuable time that people increasingly dont have to spare in their busy lives, the Daily Telegraph quoted Andrew Cantle, General Manager for Asia Pacific, SpinVox, as saying.

Number one in the list is The Marathon Message, which, as the name suggests threatens to go on forever.

According to SpinVox, second on the list is The Death March: Leaving a phone number at the end of a long message. If by any chance you missed the phone number in the end, you will have to listen to the whole message all over again.

The complete list of the Most Annoying Voicemails:

The Marathon Message: Threatens to go on forever

The Death March: Leaving a phone number at the end of a long message. If by any chance you missed the phone number in the end, you will have to listen to the whole message all over again.

The Screaming Eagle: The message left in a noisy place.

The Drunken Dispatch: The drunk dial message.

Voicemail Interrupted: While leaving a message, people stop in between to talk to someone else or answer another call before they return to finish the voicemail.

The Misguided Message: When someone leaves a message for you that was actually intended for someone else.

Voicemail Incognito: The anonymous voicemail.

The Dehydrated Dispatch: Any message left by a person with a bad hangover.

One Way Wonder: When people think they are speaking to you when they are actually talking to your voicemail.

The Pocket Dialler: When someone accidentally calls you because the phone is in their pocket or bag and isnt locked.
