Woman with fear of panic attacks spends 4 months in hospital car park
July 11th, 2010 - 3:04 pm ICT by ANILondon, July 11 (ANI): A 30-year-old woman spent 4 months in her car at a hospital car parking after being crippled by panic attacks.
Lynsey was too scared to move and slept in her car so that she could remain near medical help all the time.
She managed her cleaning business using a laptop and mobile.
“The thought of driving home was too terrifying. I knew I had to stay as it was the only place I felt safe,” Lynsey said.
Lynsey, from Wishaw, Lanarks, had her first panic attack in October 2009 when she was driving home from work, reports News Of The World.
“My heart started hammering in my chest. I pulled over and called 999,” she said. (ANI)
