Woman scratches swastika on drunk man’s buttocks
August 13th, 2010 - 3:45 pm ICT by IANSAuckland, Aug 13 (IANS) A woman was found guilty of stomping on a drunk man and scratching a swastika with a screwdriver on his buttocks after a row in a bar in New Zealand.
Briana Rose Murray, 21, was sentenced to 16 months in jail for her role in the attack in Christchurch in August 2009, the Herald Sun reported Friday.
At a drinking session in a bar, Murray and two unidentified people pulled the 23-year-old man to the floor and stomped on his head up to 20 times, the Queenstown district court was told.
The victim also suffered a swollen jaw, chipped teeth, cuts, blurred vision and psychological damage, the court heard.
