Jan 25 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A thirty three year old woman took a twenty three story plunge from a hotel in Argentina, and survived after falling through the roof of a taxi cab and landing in a seated position in the driver’s seat. Witnesses at the Panamericano Hotel restaurant on the top of the building stated that the woman calmly ordered a coffee, took off her shoes, and leaving her purse behind, climbed over the safety rail and jumped.

‘FOX’ news reports that the unnamed woman leaped from the hotel and was saved because of the way in which she landed. If she had hit the taxi head first, it would have most likely caused her instant death. And her survival was not the only miracle in this story. The cab driver had emerged from his seat just seconds before the woman landed there. Had he been sitting there when she landed, he would have likely been crushed by her fall.

According to a hospital spokesperson, she underwent surgery on Monday to remove one lung, a kidney, and her spleen. She had broken hips, and ribs, and other injuries. Graphic images of the incident which show the woman bent into the crushed cab roof can be seen here .
