Dec.10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Several parts of USA are reeling under incessant storm and inclement weather, forcing many schools to suspend their classes nationwide. It is evident that in such stormy weather students cannot attend routine classes. Apart from heavy snowfall, severe rainfall has brought life to a standstill in many parts of USA and high wind has made the roads a nightmare for the residents. More than 10 inches snowfall has jeopardized life in several states of the USA in the last few days. The roads have become quite accident prone and the sate administrations have issued alerts for the motorists in advance.

Texas is the state that is going through the worst experience, as wind blowing at 100 mph is ravaging the place persistently. Some parts of Arizona and California are in similar conditions. The residents are sure it is a severe storm. Mid-south regions are suffering from widespread flooding and strong winds. A lot of trees have been uprooted owing to the flooding and heavy snowfall. The weather departments predict that the storm is heading towards east.

Even the areas where the ferocity of the weather has subsided continue to be under snow. The roads are still slippery and cars can skid off the surface. The storm is likely to be succeeded by Canadian air, which will improve the situation. The drivers feel that driving a car on roads in such mess makes them feel like a turtle. The weather is particularly unsuitable for the elderly lot. A lot of structures and property have been severely damaged by the storm and the house owners would require repair work when the storm passes away.
