London, Nov 4 (IANS) Singer-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham has splurged over $2,000 on two miniature pigs as a Christmas present for her soccer star husband David.
“What can you possibly buy the multi-millionaire, superstar footballer who has absolutely everything? In the case of David Beckham, the answer is, obviously, a pair of cuddly designer piglets,” contactmusic.com quoted a source close to Victoria as saying.

“Victoria fell in love with them and realised that she has found the perfect present,” he added.

The former Spice Girls star was said to be particularly keen on the pigs, which David wants to name Pinky and Perky after characters in a children’s TV show.
