London, Sep 22 (IANS) Former Spice Girls singer Victoria Beckham admits she has changed her lifestyle and has started eating more as a result of her decision to work out.Encouraged by her new friends Eva Longoria Parker and Jennifer Lopez, she has started to focus more on her health by eating a healthier diet and getting some regular exercise, reports dailymail.co.uk.

“I am eating more. I think you do eat more when you’re working out. And you want to eat healthily, so it’s good all round,” she told The Sun.

She also added: “I also run four miles, seven days a week. I feel energised and healthy.”
