September 25, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): It seems that Charles Hurst, the Vice Principal of a school has a completely new take on education all together. The 37 year old man had apparently been sexting his 14 year old teenage student this summer.

The Lansdale man had actually met the student in 2009 when he had been the vice president of Pennbrook Middle School located in North Wales. Hurst, who has been noticed for his Justin Beiber like hair style had allegedly told his student that masturbation was a healthy practice and indulging in it would make him grow into a smarter and happier human being. This has been stated as the probable cause in the affidavit of Montgomery County.

He also seems to have lured the student with extra money in order to masturbate and had advocated to teach his younger brother on how to do it properly.

Hurst was arrested by the police of the Montgomery Township on charges of endangering the welfare of a child. The District Attorney’s Office also announced two additional charges of cocaine possession and corruption of minors being leveled against him. The student, who is a minor in the eyes of the law resides in the township and the police of the region have launched an investigation into the matter on the 17th of September.

The police found a number of sexting messages on the cell phone of the teen dating from July 2 to August 9.

Risa Vetri Ferman, the County District Attorney has requested anyone having information on Hurst to contact her office or the police. There have been no other reports so far.

The defense lawyer Gregory Nester said that Hurst maintains his innocence and is looking forward to being exonerated at the trial.
