Us Weekly ‘paid $100K for Bristol Palin, Levi Johnston reunion story’

New York, July 17 (ANI): If rumours are to be believed, then Us Weekly paid 100,000 dollars to Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol and her fiancee Levi Johnston for the story on their engagement.
The single mom gave interviews to both Us Weekly and People magazine.
However, she didn’t tell People about the engagement or that they’d hidden their reconciliation from the former Alaska governor.
Bristol lied to People: “We’re not totally back together, but I’m not ruling it out . . . I don’t want to get into what’s in store for our future because, who knows?”
In the People photo shoot, Bristol hid her left hand, but proudly revealed her ring to Us Weekly.
However, a rep for Us Weekly has dismissed the rumours.
“We were approached by Bristol and Levi to break the news, and we didn’t pay 100,000 dollars,” the New York Post quoted the rep as saying. (ANI)
