US outraged at Assam terror attack
October 30th, 2008 - 7:30 pm ICT by IANS - Send to a friend:New Delhi, Oct 30 (IANS) The US expressed “sorrow and outrage” at the killing of innocent people in a series of bomb blasts in Assam Thursday.”I send condolences to the people of India. Americans share their sorrow and outrage at these horrific attacks on innocent people,” US ambassador David Mulford said in a statement.
Mulford described as “acts of terrorism” the multiple blasts in India’s northeastern state Assam that killed at least 48 people and injured about 300.
