According to the Smoking Gun, Matthew Nieveen, 19, was not only busted for DUI but also for being a minor in possession of alcohol, the Daily Telegraph reported.
Nieveen was caught after a Lincoln cop pulled over his Ford F-150 after he was spotted driving erratically.
His blood alcohol level was more than twice the state’s .08 limit, and a search of his truck turned up a bottle of vodka and beer. (ANI)
