UK taxpayers’ money being spent on hookers?
August 16th, 2010 - 3:28 pm ICT by ANILondon, Aug 16 (ANI): Under a scheme started by the Labour Government in UK, taxpayers’ money is reportedly being spent sending disabled people to hookers and lap dancing clubs.
In addition to this, fees for Internet dating sites and holidays abroad are also being funded under a 520 million pound scheme, reports the Sun.
Local councils pass cash to those with disabilities to help them gain their independence.
Matthew Elliott, of the TaxPayers’ Alliance, said: “Many will be appalled that money has been used in this way.” (ANI)
