UAE, Victoria discuss bilateral ties
August 5th, 2011 - 1:15 am ICT by IANSMelbourne, Aug 4 (IANS/WAM) The UAE’s ambassador to Australia and New Zealand Ali Nasser Al Nuaimi and Alex Chernov, governor of Australia’s Victoria state, have discussed ways to increase bilateral cooperation in the tourism and economic sectors.
Chernov and Al Nuaimi talked about encouraging bilateral investment to deepen strategic partnership between the two regions.
Chernov praised the strong bonds and cooperation between his country and the UAE. He also praised the congenial environment provided by the UAE to attract foreign investment.
