UAE, Syria discuss ways to improve ties
February 27th, 2011 - 11:55 pm ICT by IANSAbu Dhabi, Feb 27 (IANS/WAM) The United Arab Emirates and Syria Sunday discussed the ways and possibilities of boosting bilateral ties in various fields, especially in the education sector.During a meeting with Syrian Ambassador in Abu Dhabi Abdul-Latif al- Dabbagh, UAE Minister of Education Humaid Mohammed Obeid Al Qattami hailed the keenness of both sides to develop cooperation in the field of education.
For his part, the Syrian ambassador lauded the relations between the two sides in various fields, stressing the importance of exchanging ideas that will enrich the educational work in the two countries.
