UAE, New Zealand to boost ties
May 4th, 2010 - 6:01 pm ICT by IANSAbu Dhabi, May 4 (IANS/WAM) The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and New Zealand Tuesday agreed to boost bilateral cooperation especially in the education sector.
Kim Mitsune, the New Zealand minister of trade, met Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili, the director general of Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC).
Mitsune emphasized the keenness of the New Zealand government to further enhance the bilateral relations between New Zealand and UAE at all levels, especially in education.
“ADEC is keen to promote partnerships with leading educational institutions in New Zealand and other developed countries to benefit from their experiences,” said Al Khaili.
