UAE discusses defence cooperation with China
May 11th, 2010 - 2:55 pm ICT by IANSAbu Dhabi, May 11 (IANS/WAM) The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and China discussed military cooperation at a meeting of representatives of the two countries here.
Major General Ali Mohammed Subaih Al-Ka’abi, deputy chief of staff of the UAE Armed Forces, met China’s Hu Yaifung, assistant director of Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defence, here Monday.
The two sides discussed ways to strengthen bilateral defence cooperation as well as other issues of mutual interest.
