Two dead in Indonesia bombing
September 25th, 2011 - 11:20 pm ICT by IANSJakarta, Sep 25 (IANS) A suspected suicide bomber blew himself up Sunday at a Protestant church in Indonesia’s Java island, killing two people and injuring at least 14, Xinhua reported.
However, reports said one of the dead was probably the bomber himself.
The attack on the church at Solo in central Java was probably carried out by the same group that attacked a police compound in Cirebon in West Java in April, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono told the Jakarta Post.
The suicide blast in a prayer room at the Cirebon police compound killed one and left more than 30 others wounded.
