Canberra, Apr 29 (ANI): Two cadets of the Australian Defence Force Academy have been charged for their role in the Skype sex scandal.

Nineteen-year-old Daniel McDonald has been charged with causing offence and an act of indecency through software, while Dylan De-blaquiere, 18, has been charged with using a carriage service to cause offence, the Courier Mail reports.

The duo were arrested after the incident of an 18-year-old female air force cadet having a consensual sex with a male cadet, emerged earlier this month.

It’s alleged that the male cadet filmed the encounter on webcam without her knowledge, and streamed the video to six other cadets watching in another room.

McDonald, and De-blaquiere have been granted bail in the ACT Magistrates Court and will reappear on May 20. (ANI)
