Washington, September 1, 2010 (Just Flashed): The police officers of Oxnard in California have asserted that a tow truck driver has been the recipient of the allegation of whacking two kids as their Mom set them in motion across a lane in a baby carriage. The allegation is also that, subsequently, the driver named Mehran Khamseh lugged the kids under the truck for approximately a quarter of a mile.

Randy Latimer happens to be the Sgt. of the Oxnard police force. Latimer has declared that the truck walloped 19-year-old Alma Lopez in the morning on Tuesday in a crosswalk. The wallop made her fall on the ground.

The truck carried on, however, lugging the kids and the baby carriage until eyewitnesses hunted down and shouted at the driver. One of the toddlers was a 3-year-old girl and the other was a baby boy of merely 12 months. Khamseh happens to come from Santa Barbara.

Latimer has articulated that Khamseh was seized by the police personnel on the doubt of propelling his truck under the control of drugs. The unsuspecting toddlers have been transported to an infirmary and are in a grave condition purportedly. Lopez’s wounds have been referred to as moderate.
