To kill self, woman gets bitten by snake
June 20th, 2011 - 7:36 pm ICT by IANSLondon, June 20 (IANS) A woman committed suicide by getting herself bitten by a venomous snake, it was reported here.
Aleta Stacey, 56, is believed to have let herself get bitten by a black mamba. The snake is so poisonous that its venom kills victims in just 20 minutes, The Sun reported Monday.
Police initially felt that Stacey was accidentally bitten while she was cleaning cages in her New York home where she lived with 75 snakes.
The media report said the woman didn’t try to seek help and her friends had said that she was unhappy.
