Washington, Dec 31 (ANI): For all those who make New Year resolutions but fail to follow them, Healthy Monday, an organization that devotes Monday as a day to increase health awareness and action, has introduced an innovative way to solve the problem.
Healthy Monday, which is making an effort to dramatically improve upon the high number of failed New Year’s resolutions, has offered some simple steps to make the promises successful.
The first step is to write down the resolutions, and remember why they have been made.
Looking at them every Monday morning during the New Year will help you renew the resolve, and give the good feeling of making it to another week.
In case, you fail to keep pace with the routine, the organisation has suggested making the resolutions list again for next Monday.
“The idea is to use Mondays to get people to cut calories, drink less, quit smoking, get their butts off the couch and do all the other things all of us know we should — but always find excuses not to do,” Environmental News Network quoted Sid Lerner, Chairman of the Healthy Monday Campaign, as saying.
